Workshops, Retreat & Events

Immerse yourself in nature as you learn how to live more consciously and restore balance to your body. All retreats will consist of daily yoga classes, delicious vegetarian healthy food, and plenty of time to relax. The idea of the Retreats at Restore Balance is for participants to develop their own personal practice that can continue long after the retreat has ended providing awareness of their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

There are also options to hire out the Retreat facility and/or develop custom made Retreats for designated groups of up to 11 attendees.
