Summer Silent Retreat

During this Silent Retreat, we will spend time introspectively in silence to focus on shadow work, or the process of examining and integrating unconscious patterns, habits, and fears. Silence can help to reveal hidden truths about yourself that can seem daunting — but allows you to take a stance of neutral curiosity, so you can objectively take stock of what's no longer working for you.

Daily yoga practices will include Meditation, Pranayama, and one Asana practice daily.  We will spend more time on our meditative practice during this Retreat - this will not always be in a seated position and will also include walking meditation.  Although, chairs will be provided for those who can not sit comfortably in a seated position.  Our silence will commence after an evening meal together on the first night and we will break our silence after lunch on our last day.

Total cost $850-$750 sliding scale.  This includes 5 nights of accommodation (shared rooms), meals, and teachings.   Please use this sliding scale respectfully according to the intention of providing a lower costs retreat to cater to different financial situations.  On registration payment of $250 non-refundable deposit, total payment will be requested 1 month prior to the event.
