About the event
During this Summer Retreat, we will learn how to better trust life and release expectations so we can let life run its own way – not necessarily in accordance with our expectations. Allowing us to be more tolerant and accept the imperfections of life.
Daily yoga practices will include Meditation, Pranayama, and 2 Asana sessions.

Total cost $650-$550 sliding scale. This includes 3 nights of accommodation (shared rooms), meals, and teachings. Please use this sliding scale respectfully according to the intention of providing a lower costs retreat to cater to different financial situations. On registration payment of $150 deposit, total payment will be requested 1 month before the event.
