People often believe that when they are tired and/or stressed the best idea is to do absolutely nothing. This does not work, in fact, generally makes matters worse with a feeling of lethargy. This week-end will give you a small window to discover ways to revitalise and rejuvenate by using the ancient practice of yoga. This retreat will cater for all levels of yoga experience, however, you need to have at least one year of practice to make the most of this rejuvenating spring weekend.
An example of a daily schedule:
7 am Meditation
8 am breakfast
10 am Asana
12 noon Lunch
4 pm Asana
6 pm Dinner

Total cost $450-$350 sliding scale. This includes 4 nights of accommodation (shared rooms), meals and teachings. In the event that the Retreat is not fully booked there may be an option for a single room(s) at an additional cost of $550. Please use this sliding scale respectfully according to the intention of providing a lower costs retreat to cater to different financial situations. On registration payment of $50 deposit, total payment will be requested 2 weeks before the event.
