Winter invites us to slow down and create space for a deeper connection with the divine light within. This yoga retreat is set up to help us learn to become more in alignment with our soul and our inner purpose, providing an opportunity to continue our inner journey.

About the event
We will discuss yogic philosophy, practice, Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation and slow down completely to reconnect with our divine light. The daily schedule will include one Pranayama and Meditation session along with two Asana practices (on a full day). Philosophy will be weaved into the week during our practices All levels of practitioners are welcome as the practices will cater to all levels of experience.

Total cost $1,650. This includes 8 nights of accommodation (shared rooms), meals, and teachings. If you have financial hardship, please contact Nicky to discuss. On registration payment of a $300 deposit, total payment will be requested 1 month before the event.
