Winter Solstice Retreat

As the temperature gets colder during the Winter months it is time to turn inwards and prepare for the new growth of Spring. This yoga retreat is during the winter solstice and will support us on our inward journey, to understand ourselves more deeply.

About the event
The theme is about creating space for growth, so on this Retreat, we will use practices such as Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation to create space for renewal. The daily schedule will include one Pranayama and Meditation session along with two Asana practices (on a full day). All levels of practitioners are welcome and the practices will cater to all levels of experience.

Total cost $800-$700 sliding scale. This includes 4 nights of accommodation (shared rooms), meals, and teachings. Please use this sliding scale respectfully according to the intention of providing a lower-cost retreat to cater to different financial situations. On registration payment of a $150 deposit, total payment will be requested 1 month before the event.
