Spring is a time for new growth. This yoga retreat will help us plant seeds and find new ways of being in this world that allow more ease and opportunities to grow on our spiritual journey.

About the event
The theme is about planting seeds for new growth, so on this Retreat, we will use practices such as Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation to create space for renewal. The daily schedule will include one Pranayama and Meditation session along with two Asana practices (on a full day). All levels of practitioners are welcome and the practices will cater to all levels of experience.

Total cost $950-$850 sliding scale. This includes 5 nights of accommodation (shared rooms), meals, and teachings. Please use this sliding scale respectfully according to the intention of providing a lower-cost retreat to cater to different financial situations. On registration payment of a $150 deposit, total payment will be requested 1 month before the event.
